This is the trigone region of the rhomboid fossa showing hypoglossal and vagal nuclei having triangular. The sulcus limitans is lateral to the vagal N. dividing the basal from alar plates. The solitary fasciculus is in the alar plate. Just lateral is the spinal vestibular nucleus (speckled by Lateral vestibular fiber bundles).
